Scratchcards and Instant Lottery Games

Scratchcards are instant lottery games: a ticket’s play area reveals the numbers, symbols or other information used to determine a result. The specific game rules and prize table explain how a ticket wins.

What to check on a scratchcard

• The exact game name and game number.
• The printed play instructions and prize table.
• Published overall odds and prize information.
• The game’s closing date and prize claim deadline.
• The issuing lottery’s official validation and claim process.

Remaining prizes

Use the issuing lottery’s game page for its published remaining-prize information. A remaining-prize total is not a guarantee that a particular ticket will win.
